Embracing the nature around us...
Abinger Common Nursery benefits from a highly experienced, nurturing and dedicated team.
Our team consists of 6 Practitioners who work directly with the children daily.
The majority of the team hold Level 3 Childcare and Education qualifications or equivalent.
Staff are supported in continuing to build on their professional development and understanding of various aspects of the EYFS, by attending regular workshops and training linked to this.
Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training is consistently renewed and attended by all Nursery team members.
“There is a strong culture of continuous professional development among the staff, who welcome ongoing professional development opportunities. Staff work together very well and are very supportive of each other” Ofsted 2014
